A bakery built on love & flour

Flour Power started in a home kitchen with a single sourdough starter and the conviction that bread should be made slowly, with proper ingredients, and shared generously.
Today our small team of bakers fires the ovens in our Maidstone kitchen to supply cafés, hotels and restaurants across Kent and into south-east London — and to bake celebration cakes for the moments that matter.
We're proud to be independent, hands-on, and a little bit obsessed with butter.
